Mark, a highly successful track and field athlete, is sent by his coach to counselling to confront the anger and depression undermining his career. Initially guarded due to a painful past, he resists opening up until an unexpected encounter forces him to face long-buried trauma. Through this journey, Mark discovers vulnerability, healing, and a renewed sense of purpose, transforming both his life and his performance on and off the track completely.

Director biography
- Dion Marcos
Dion Marcos won Best Actor at Lancaster International Film Festival for his short film 'Survivor' 2025 in which he starred, wrote, directed and produced. Dion can be seen in Irish feature film 'Tradition' (2019) on Amazon Prime. Dion was cast as a minor role in ITV Series 'The Reckoning' (2023) alongside Steve Coogan . He has starred in a few notable short films such as a lead role in 'Musketeer' (2022) alongside Kevin McNally. He has most recently finished up a lead role in a short film 'Where The Trees Grow' and 'The Devil Is In The Detail' due to come out this year. Dion is from Killarney, Ireland but bases himself between London and Dublin.
