Director biography
- Bill Callahan
Bill Callahan is director and producer at Sensible Films where makes films about China and the world, including "Great Walls" (2020), "China Bound 1964" (2018), and "toilet adventures" (2015). He taught visual international politics and filmmaking at the London School of Economics for a decade, and now is based in Singapore.
Kieran Hanson is director and producer at Kenawa Films and Belle Vue Productions and Visiting Lecturer in Film Practice at the University of Manchester. He specialises in research film projects, short documentaries, and teaching ethnographic and documentary film practice. His films include "What We Do Here" (2018), "Shooting Freetown" (2011), and "One Long Journey" (2016).
